These specially designed circuits were planned with your needs in mind. From weight loss to increased flexibility to a healthy pregnancy, try one of Femme FITale's simple workouts:

Lighten Up!
This workout is designed for the woman who wants primarily to lose weight while getting in shape. It incorporates cardiovascular intervals within the weight training workout for maximum caloric expenditure.

Prenatal, post-partum workouts Boulder, COPrana Mamas 1&2
The main goal of exercising during pregnancy is to develop the healthiest baby while maintaining your own vitality. These workouts are designed for earlier and later pregnancy and focus on hip stability, upper and lower back postural strength while keeping excess weight gain at a minimum.

 

She’s Hard Core
This workout is for the athletic woman who wants to improve her core strength in order to excel at her sport of choice. From the shoulders, through the abdominals and back, to the hips, this workout will give you the ultimate advantage against your competitors!

Brick House
Bone building workout for womenYea, she’s mighty mighty…including her bones! This bone-building workout is great one for women who want to maintain or build their bone strength. A little more traditional in design, it will include weight-bearing cardiovascular exercise and more stable weight training exercises.

Calling All Bettys
This workout features functional movements in three planes and generalized exercises for sports conditioning. It begins with some activation exercises followed by some prehab, and then goes to the strength circuit. We finish with some flexibility and regeneration.

Roller Derby workout at Femme FitaleSunny Daze
When the weather is too brilliant to possibly go inside, do your workout on the Creek Path leaving from our front door. This pre-planned course will take you on a 45 minute (or so) walk and include strength exercises to do at stops along the way.

Athleta’s Day Off
If your sport takes everything you’ve got and you’re looking for some regeneration, this “workout” is your best bet. Comprised of body weight exercises, deep stretches, and myofascial release techniques, this one will give you the much needed recovery you’re looking for.
