Christine Neff

Christine Neff founder of Femme Fitale and Elevate Conditioning, Boulder ColoradoChristine is the founder and co-owner of both Femme Fitale and Elevate Conditioning, LLC. She began helping people reach their fitness goals in 1989, teaching exercise at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Armed with a degree in Health Education from Miami, she has been teaching children and adults better health habits since 1991. Her credentials include certification as a Health Fitness Instructor by the American College of Sports Medicine (1994), test examiner for the ACSM , lecturer at IDEA conferences, and writing programming materials for the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Her favorite types of clients are pre- and post-natal women, and athletes in need of a sport-specific strength program. Christine’s personal mission is to help women and girls meet the world with pride, self confidence and a positive body image.

Andie Bernard

Andrea “Andie” Bernard, M.Ed., NSCA-CPT, is the spokesperson and choreographer for the New 8 Minute Pilates and Abs Core Series fitness DVD. She is the owner of ABS Training Systems, LLC, a private personal training and multi-sport consulting company in Boulder, Colorado. Andrea is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) certified personal trainer, United States Triathlon Association (USAT) certified coach, Team Danskin Triathlon Coach, Boulder Tri Babes Triathlon Team founder and head coach and Lance Armstrong’s Livestrong 10//2 cycling coach. Her other fitness endeavors include group fitness instructor, presenter, fitness model, and nutrition professional. She specializes in multi-sport coaching, female conditioning, and youth development training.  Andrea works with youth and adult casual exercisers, professional dancers, NCAA collegiate athletes and competitive multi-sport athletes.

Andrea received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Health from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and her master's degree in Sport and Recreation from Temple University.  She also has taken post-graduate courses in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Physiology, and Nutrition Sciences.
 
An athlete herself, Andie competed in collegiate athletics as a track and field hepthathlete and cross-country runner, competed in Ms. Figure USA fitness competitions, and is currently competing in triathlons.  She is a sponsored member of Elite Bicycles Triathlon Team and Team in Training.  She's a competitive age-grouper in road and Xterra triathlons nationally ranging from sprint to half-ironman distances.

Andie volunteers for Girls Inc. and Girls on the Run as a youth program assistant to mentor young girls through sports. Her passion is to encourage young girls and women to reach their full potential. She also enjoys adventure sports and hiking. She’s hiked the Grand Canyon and completed The Inca Trail to Macchu Picchu. Her free time is spent studying Spanish, playing with her Chihuahua Zorrito, and attending live theater performances.

Sarah Eley

Sarah Eleyis the owner of Eley Wellness offering studio and in-home personal training, nutritional coaching and seminars. She brings over 14 years of experience in fitness and nutrition to Eley Wellness. Her career journey and passion for travel has led her from her hometown of Burlington, Vermont to Bali, Miami, and Las Vegas. In 2004 she was drawn to Boulder for the sunshine and outdoor sports. In addition to owning Eley Wellness, she has held such positions as director of the Recreational Sports Aerobic Program at the University of Vermont, primary aerobic instructor for Club Med, bone density and body composition testing specialist and personal trainer at Pritikin Longevity Center & Spa, and admissions director at the Professional Fitness Institute (PFI). Sarah's teaching experience includes creating and leading an aerobic instructor training program at the University of Vermont, and teaching business, anatomy, physiology, and pathology at PFI.
 
Sarah holds a degree in Nutrition from the University of Vermont, and is a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise. Additional certifications include massage therapy, Reiki II, CPR, and First Aid.
 
Sarah loves salsa dancing, hiking, trail running, mountain biking, snowshoeing, camping, backpacking and all the beauty Colorado has to offer.

Nicole Irlbeck, MS, ATC, CSCS

Nicole Irlbeckis the owner of Restoration Fitness and has been a provider of sports medicine, personal training, and group exercise services for over 10 years. Having worked in multiple physician offices with specialties ranging from orthopedics, internal medicine, and infertility, she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to integrate into her training techniques at Femme FITale.

Nicole is an accomplished runner and athlete having competed in Division I sports with the University of Iowa cross country and track and field teams, the Boston Marathon, and the Chicago Accenture Triathlon. She believes strongly in supporting women in their pursuit of health and perseverance in times of trial and has been an active volunteer in the Susan G. Komen Chicago 3-day Walk as a medical provider. She is highly skilled in youth and young adult sports performance coaching, pre- and post-rehabilitation for acute and chronic orthopedic conditions, and pre- and post-natal conditioning for new and expecting mothers. Nicole specializes in exercise therapy techniques and has directed and written multiple protocols for orthopedic physician offices and infertility patients. She received her master’s degree in exercise science and athletic training from the University of Iowa. Nicole is certified as a strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), as an athletic trainer through the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC), and as a provider of pre- and post-natal fitness training through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

It is Nicole’s dream to be able to work with women to help champion them into realizing their inner beauty and true feminine potential. She loves to work with women who are desiring change, seeking new challenges, or are ready to get over a chronic dysfunction.
